Pick up at Hosea Kutako International Airport and transfer to your hotel for the night located on the outskirts the capital city of Windhoek. Check in and settle into your accommodation followed by a meet by your host. Overnight in Windhoek at the Arebbusch Travel Lodge.

Transfer to our Royal Enfield Center to meet your motorcycle for the trip and have a comprehensive trip briefing. Start the trip by 09.00 hrs and head westward towards the coast on the spectacular C26 road. The wild open spaces that are characteristic to Namibian landscapes become evident shortly after riding out of the capital and the landscape turns to open desert rock and sand as you ride deeper into the Namib Desert, the world’s oldest. The unique rock formations of Rockstock become evident as you approach from a distance. Arrive at your accommodation destination for the night by mid-afternoon in time to settle in and enjoy an amazing sunset. Dinner and overnight and enjoy the African skies at Namibs Valley of 1000 Hills Lodge.

Enjoy a hearty Namibian breakfast amongst breath-taking views of the unique Namibian surroundings. Then get back on the saddle of your Royal Enfield motorcycle and ride out with the Skeleton Coast as the destination for the day. Ride through hilly landscapes and through the Kaiser Pass. Landscapes become progressively more desolate and flat, but equally beautiful, as the ride takes you closer to the coast. Arrive in Swakopmund, the capital of the Skeleton Coast by mid-afternoon and settle into your accommodation for the night in the unique desert city. Ride through town enjoying the unique architecture and head for a delicious dinner at the Tug Restaurant positioned right up on the shoreline of the cold Atlantic Ocean. Overnight at the Indongo Guest House in Swakopmund.

Today is a day dedicated to exploring the natural beauty of living on the coastline of the world’s oldest desert. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel, take some time to walk around and explore Swakopmund and then ride southward to the country’s main port city, Walvis Bay. Ride around beautiful sand dunes of the Namib, take some time to walk up a sand dune, enjoy a lovely lunch on the Walvis Bay waterfront, ride along a seawater salt farm and the Walvis Bay peninsula, and then head back to Swakopmund along the cool coastal road bordering the Atlantic Ocean on one side and Namib Desert sand dunes on the other. Dine at the iconic Western Saloon in Swakopmund and overnight at the Indongo Guest House.

After breakfast set off on the bike for a full day's ride along the salt road that takes you on a discovery of the incredible northern Skeleton Coast landscape. See a shipwreck stranded just off-shore on the way and call in at the small desert outpost of Henties Bay for a cup of coffee, and ride on to an abandoned mine, located in the middle of the desert, that has filled up with salt water and is locally known as the ‘dead sea.’ Swim - or rather float like a buoy - in this highly saline water in the middle of nowhere. Then proceed onwards to Cape Cross and check in at your beautiful lodge for the night. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge while taking in the magnitude of the cold Atlantic Ocean lapping by your feet and the expanse of the Skeleton Coast. After lunch head to the nearby Seal Colony to get right up close and personal with the 50,000 - 80,000 Cape Fur Seals that call this place home. Also take time to visit the small museum at the lodge that provides a detailed glimpse of the history of the area. Overnight at the Cape Cross Lodge.

Today is another day of stunning riding as desert landscapes fill your senses. Ride out of your lodging after breakfast and back along the Skeleton Coast for a short distance before turning west to head inland. The landscapes become more mountainous as you ride away from the coast and you will ride through some unique Lichen fields to approach the stunning Messum Crater. Soak in the otherworldly landscapes before riding on to your final destination for the night close up to Brandberg mountain. Overnight at Brandberg White Lady Lodge.

Another relatively short but scenic ride. Enjoy the stunning beauty of Damaraland as you ride westward back towards Windhoek, your destination for tomorrow. Rock formations, desert landscapes, African bush, occasional wildlife and the Damara people is what you will encounter during the day’s ride. Arrive at destination by mid afternoon and settle into your stunningly beautiful lodge nestled in the Erongo Mountains and home to some of the country’s most significant rock paintings. Overnight at Ai Aiba Rock Painting Lodge.

Breakfast and take a slow morning to fully take in the sheer beauty of the natural environment that surrounds your unique lodge. Visit the rock paintings. Ride out of your lodge by late morning with Windhoek as your final destination of the tour. Ride more spectacular Namibian landscapes as you head through the provincial town of Omaruru and towards Okahandja. Ride the last 80 km into Windhoek on a busy but scenic main road so as to arrive at the Royal Enfield centre in Windhoek by mid afternoon. Complete paperwork and formalities for the return of the motorcycles and take a short shuttle ride to your lodge for the night. Dine at one of Namibia’s premier and most famous restaurants, Joe’s Bierhaus. Overnight at Arebbusch Travel Lodge.

No. The driving licence requirements in Namibia state that you must have a full driving licence that is valid in your country of residence. An international driver’s licence is also required if your driving licence is not in English.
The trip includes Comprehensive Motorcycle Insurance but not Personal Medical Insurance nor Excess Motorcycle Insurance.
The minimum number we can cater for is 4.
Yes, a backup vehicle will be with you at all times and all bikes are fully serviced.
Ideally 10. However, we have in the past catered for 18 riders. This does however increase costings for a second backup vehicle.
